Ok so I answed my own question, it was a username issue, I found that when one of the other tech created her email they used firstinitialLastname in Exchange but linked it to her AD account of lastname firstinitial not sure how this is working but if you use one username they get the mailbox cant be found obviously but use the right one and it works..

Ok so I answed my own question, it was a username issue, I found that when one of the other tech created her email they used firstinitialLastname in Exchange but linked it to her AD account of lastname firstinitial not sure how this is working but if you use one username they get the mailbox cant be found obviously but use the right one and it works.Is this a license on the users mailbox or the Shared mailbox? The user has an online archive configured for her mailbox which shows fine in Outlook. Its only the Archive for the Shared mailbox that doesnt show up at all as its currently setup as a Full Access mailbox instead of adding the account to her outlook profile explicitly
